Microsoft word allows the user to make professional, business standard documents such as newsletters, letters and posters. PowerPoint is the most useful an accessible ways to create presentations and visual aids allowing users to spend hours developing slide and animations. It is easy to create colourful, attractive designs using the available templates and themes. Compared to other visual aids it is very easy to modify with charts and images also giving the ability to reorganise the slide order.
